Valentina Dolci

Jazz Teacher

She graduated from London Studio Centre in 2010,  receiving a Foundation Degree (Arts) validated by the University of the Arts London.

From 1994 to 2007 she completed her formal training at “Laboratorio Danza Verona” Grade1- Advance 1 & 2 ISTD examinations in Jazz, Contemporary and Grade 1-advance 1 RAD examinations in Ballet.

Her other studies include Musical Theatre, Drama, Flamenco Dance, contemporary, afro, Latin and tap.  She has her  General Training achieved in  2017 attending BBO Level 6 Extended Diploma in Dance Teaching (DTLLS).

During the year  2014, she followed a  Fitness Instructor Course, at the “International Fitness Community” in London. She’s actually working in London, where she was  Jazz Co-Leader and Choreographer for the Step into Dance Youth Jazz Co at RAD.

This year and in the past ones Valentina worked for many important dance studios in London: in March 2018 she worked as a choreographer for “MOVE IT” representing London Studio Centre, she represented the “ Millenium Performing Arts” in their final show. She collected a lot of experience in Italy and London:  in December 2016 as judge for the “Diamoci una Mano show” competition, in Verona, Italy. In June 2015 “ Accendo ,Intruso ‘s” single music video, in Verona, Italy.

As a dance teacher, she worked as “Jazz Co-Leader”  for the “Step into Dance Youth Jazz Company” at RAD as well as  Jazz Teacher at the BASE dance studio, Vauxhall, London. From  2014 to 2018 she’s a  Jazz Teacher, choreographer at “London Studio Centre”, Performing Arts and Theatre College and at “Millenium Performing Arts College” in  London.

From  2015 to 2016  she engaged herself as Jazz Teacher at “ Scuola di Danza Coreutica in  Todi”, From 2015 to 2017 she worked as Jazz teacher for the “Summer on stage course” at  Aquilone school in  Perugia, Italy.

She assisted and worked with a very important TV director, Michael Baldwin in many works such as Dancer for the Rick Astley video Angels on my side (VEVO and BBC One) (May 2016), Dancer – Sky One – Got to Dance (2017 and May 2016),

From 2012  to 2017 she was dance Assistant to “Dollie Henry BOP Jazz Theatre Company” as a teacher for  Jazz workshops at South Hill Parks Arts Centre Berkshire, then  Cover Teacher to Dollie Henry – Pineapple Dance Studios and Danceworks at, Morley College Laban, in London.

In 2016 she worked at “Let’s Dance” at  Pineapple Dance Studio,  Show 2016 Richmond Festival.

Other BOP Theatre performances include Shawbrook Dance, in  Ireland. South Hill Park, Berkshire, Bloomsbury Theatre & Emma Cons Hall, London. Dancer with “INKO” Dancers Company under the guidance of artistic Directors: Michelle Queen, Rachel Kay, and Kerry Powell She was part of the team for the productions: “Move It” at Kensington Olympia in  London, and other commercial dance events in London & Nationwide.
