Christopher Tudor

Christopher trained at London Contemporary Dance School securing scholarships from Paul Clarke Memorial Fund and Cosmopolitan Dancer of the Year. His teachers included Viola Faber and Jane Dudley.

He went on to dance with London Contemporary Dance Theatre under the direction of Robert Cohan and with Richard Alston Dance Company where he later became assistant to the Artistic Director.

He has choreographed works for the stage as well as for film and television and has directed several Baroque Operas.

Christopher has a busy teaching schedule and regularly teaches Rambert Dance Company, Scottish Dance Theatre and Diversions Dance Company as well as at Arts Educational School and Millennium Dance 2000 where he is Deputy Head of Contemporary Dance.

He is Artistic Director of Bridgend Youth Dance and recently took them to perform at Wales Millennium Centre where he is an Associated Artist.

Christopher teaches a well structured technique class based in the Cunningham style but with a stronger emphasis on weight and flow.
